Get ready with me!

I thought I'd try a get ready with me put im going to break it up into bathtime, outfit, nails and face. If it goes down well I'll carry it on! So here we go, I haven't featured  myself in this, hope that is okay?

If you seen my last lush review about the Luxury Lush Pud Bath Ballistic, then you may have guessed I had a long relaxing soak in the tub before getting ready!

I wash my hair using Vo5 smoothly does it shampoo and Yes to Tomato's conditioner, it leaves my hair feeling great and looking glossy. I used Philosphy's purity to wash my face and Boots strawberry shower creme to wash the rest of my body. 

After I got out the bath, I applied the serenity green apple body lotion (smells so yummy, and in the shower currently I have apple shampoo and apple body wash, #loveit) the lush breath of fresh air toner and The Greeench deodorant powder and the Dr Nick Lowe Super charged spf15 day cream and 

To keep smelling lovely I then sprayed this warm vanilla sugar body spray and the Vera Wang perfume in Lovestruck (one of my faves and I'm nearly out!)

Lush review: Luxury Lush pud

I know, I know, I'm sorry this is a Christmas one and is no longer available but I thought I'd do it anyway.

This little ball of excitement is Lush's Luxury Lush Pud, it's only available at Christmas time so I don't know the price but what I do know is that, it is the same scent as the Twilight bath bomb so if you like the smell of that you'll love this one. With the 'soothing lavender fragrance and calming pastel colours' it makes this bath bomb perfect for bed time, although that's not when I used it ahah. Sometimes when I have lush baths, I'm not that tempted to stay in but with this one, I could have stayed in for hours! The water turned the most amazing shade of purple and it was heavenly! I only bought one of these in the sale after Christmas and I soooooo regret not buying more.

Would I repurchase? YES, in a second!

The Boyfriend Tag

We are doing the boyfriend tag, and we both answered these separately like on the UK TV show ‘Mr and Mrs’ -  so my answers are the pink ones and his are the blue. I should probably tell you the basics about him first!

We went into Liverpool town centre and got Wok and go ;) – Wok ‘n’ Go …Because we are classy

3.       What was your first impression of me?

Can’t really answer this one, but I was drunk – Fun, happy and giggly

4.       When did you meet my family?

In the following Feb? It was a few weeks after we were getting a little more serious – Going for a Sunday dinner (dressed smartly may I add)

5.       Do either of us have any weird habits?

I don’t think so – Toot :l

6.       How long have we been together?

A year <3 – 1 year

7.       Do we have any traditions?

Buying each other a xmas decoration but we’ve only done it once – Our first ones have just passed like valentines day and anniversary

8.       An animal that resembles one another?

For me, a hamster and for him, a puppy like a Labrador  - I’d probably be a lion .. (Brave an all) amd you would probably be a koala .. you love to sleep and cuddle.

9.       What was our first roadtrip?

To see his Nan in Wales. – Our first full one was to Telford for my Christmas present but I would say southport beach … picnic in the car

10.   First thing you noticed about me?

Again, hard to say ahaha – Your huge smile and amazing eyes

11.   What pisses him off?

Bad drivers. – when you toot

12.   Favourite feature about each other?

How kind he is – How nice your hair is

3 GOOD: I think I’m good at cooking, buying presents and finding a bargain. – cheering me up, driving and looking gorgeous

3 BAD:  cleaning, picking films and buying things I don’t need. - staying still, self restraint and throwing stuff away

Stupid things :/ - who is the best

Yes, I get quite emotional - I don't know what that is

Me? – Hmmmm you get to choose what we do but I have the final say

My bargain hunter, and hoarder of makeup? – many…Unicorns, glitter and rainbow coloured items

He calls me grumpy bag, and I don’t really have one but my friends do ;) - oi

19.   What is my favourite restaurant?

Places that serve Mexican Food – used to be F and B’s but now it’s anywhere

20.   If I am watching tv, what am I watching?

Whatever is on E4 – Anything crap and American.. (This is because the other day I got a bit obsessed with extreme cheapskates)

21.   What is one food I do not like?

Fish. – Fish for some fishy reason

22.   What drink do I order when we go out to eat?

Diet coke – coke

23.   What size shoe do I wear?

7 – oh god…small size? Maybe a 5/6?

Chicken and bacon – This is a bit tough…Maybe cheese?

I can put my fist in my mouth – arts and crafts

Mexican or pizza or mash – Pizza or nachos or birthday cake!!!

1. what is your favourite make up products? Concealer and Mascara, they make the most difference for me, I don't like going out in public without them, I feel bare.

4. what is the most you've spent on one item of clothing/make-up? I don't like spending lots on clothes because style changes so much always and make-up is something I wish I could spend lots of money on but I find it very hard to hand over the money when I know there must be similar things on the market, so I guess I'd have to say my Tiffany earrings they were about £140 and I bought them with my 18th birthday money. Does that even count?
5. what is the first make up product you ever bought? I became an Avon rep to earn a bit of cash, and it was only then that I really saw make up as magical, so i started buying my way through the catalogue!
6. where do you see yourself this time next year? Hopefully still at Uni, and I'll be 20...

Things I'd love to love!

You know those beauty things everyone does, or raves about, and I think to myself, why don't I like that? Why doesn't that work for me? How do they do that? Well I'm going to tell you that now! Hahaha.


Winged eyeliner - *huff* this makes me very sad, I have very small eyelid area, like Blake Lively (You know coz we're exactly the same!) It's called hooded eyelids, and I can't really wear eyeliner on my eyelid which makes me sad because I think it's a good look and it makes me jealous.

Curling my eyelashes - I don't understand, i don't think this makes any difference what so ever? I just don't see what the point is, I'm also terrified of trapping my eyelid or cutting my eyelashes off!

Loose pigments - I'm far too clumsy, I spill things everywhere, I get them everywhere but I think they're pretty amazing, and I've seen some beautiful ones that I'd love to try, but I get scared!

Mascara on my bottom lashes - again comes back to small eyes, and it gets all over my face too, I just can't seem to pull this off.

Using Hairspray - I use it once in a blue moon when I've tried to curl my hair. It doesn't seem to do anything for my hair, that may be because it's SO thick. But I envy people with beautiful, put together hairstyles!
